Revelation

This is me, all that u can see
Is the happy side of me
I have waited too long
For u to come along
I have found something
That keeps me going

But, I know the experience is bitter
There is another world
A world of laughter and joy
I get to have what I needed
All that I have been wanting
Is right here by my side
I hate to wake up and see
That the other world is just a dream

Slowly swaying and singing alone
I know I will be free one day
Will get everything I longed for
